Trainer (Consultant), Connection Nepal (2019 to Present). You can't teach disaster preparedness from a slide deck, and you can't teach menstrual hygiene to a room that doesn't trust you yet. I learned that in my very first sessions as a Trainer with Connection Nepal, and it shaped everything about how I've approached this role since. Designing a national training program is the easy part — the real work is standing in front of a classroom of skeptical teenagers, or a circle of community elders, and earning enough trust in one session that they'll actually change a behavior after you leave.
District Secretary, Rotaract District 3292 (2025 to 2026). Today, at the district level, I lead administration, communications, and strategic planning for more than 150 Rotaract clubs spanning two countries — Nepal and Bhutan. Every committee, every project, every district initiative is aligned to Rotary's Areas of Focus and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, so that grassroots service work connects to something larger than any single club.
Program Manager, Nepal Business Institute (Sep 2025 to Present). This is the role every earlier one was quietly building toward. As Program Manager, I lead the planning and execution of Nepal's flagship business and entrepreneurship summits — owning strategy, sponsorship, government liaison, budgeting, and the complete participant journey from the first outreach message to post-event follow-up, months later.
