I build relationships that move people from first interest to real commitment. Five plus years bridging youth, colleges, NGOs, government and business across Nepal, leading participants through a full engagement funnel: outreach, motivation building, event conversion and follow through. That includes direct training and cultivation of 5,000+ youth across 10+ districts. I started in geology, mapping ground and reading rock, and that same habit of showing up in person carried straight into program management, stakeholder reporting and event delivery.
